Has Asher Roth responded to Copywrite diss??

Has Asher responded to Copywrite?

On Feb. 6th a diss track by Midwest MC Copywrite called “ The Real Fake Shady/Asher to Ashes” aimed at Asher Roth blew up websites across the net. It was first released on HipHopDX.Com

Copywrite slamming the up and coming artist Asher almost effortlessly using his dominating flow, word content verbiage as well as factual reference points.

Copywrite’s diss mentions moments like Asher’s first album was Dave Mathews band to the similarities to the voice of Asher to Eminem to referencing Ashers meeting with T.I. Through comments by listeners on different sites about the diss record, it was met with mixed reviews, as would be expected.

You may say that the diss record was uncalled for, or call Copywrite a “hater” but for a seasoned vet like Copywrite to take time out of his tour schedule in Cali to release a track towards Asher, it would seem that there is more to this release then just a straight diss. To me it almost felt like frustration from Copywrite to fans, labels, and outlets who have presented Asher Roth to the masses as almost an anomaly but to a seasoned vet like Copywrite could Asher just seems like a new kid on the block with hype?

Released on Feb 16th on HipHopDX.Com (the same website that released the Copywrite diss) is a new Asher Roth song called “Silly Boy”.

Could this be his answer the Copywrite’s diss?

One can only speculate since Asher didn’t name names or specifics to indicate a return diss to Copywrite in his new released record, BUT it definitely intended for someone.
It’s kind of ironic, at least to me, to read comments under the Asher track from people that state the same thing Copywrite did in his diss record to Asher.
Asher sounds very similar to Eminem.
I would want to think that if Asher Roth dropped a diss record or a return track it would be clearly stated, I mean we are in hip hop not high school, if you don’t state any specifics you lead the world to assume.
I'll let you be the judge:
